1. Account Approval

All wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee access. Once approved, customers will receive an email invite to activate their account. Gorant reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

2. Wholesale Access

Wholesale pricing and ordering are only available to approved customers who are logged in to an active account. Customers who create an account without applying or receiving approval will not have access to pricing or checkout functionality.

3. Order Minimums

All wholesale orders are subject to a $200 minimum.

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless other terms have been arranged. Payment options include major credit cards and other available payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Lead Times

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or extreme weather, shipping timelines may be adjusted to ensure product integrity. We may temporarily pause shipping during high-heat conditions and will contact you if your order is affected.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all wholesale orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [insert email].

7. Resale Policy

Gorant products purchased at wholesale pricing are intended for resale by approved businesses only. Wholesale items may not be resold online without prior written permission.

8. Branding & Representation

Use of the Gorant Chocolatier name, logo, or product photography for marketing or resale purposes must be approved by our team. We’re happy to provide assets upon request.
