Shipping & Fulfillment

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States. If you're outside of this area and are interested in carrying our products, contact us directly.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Yes! Local delivery may be available within select areas of Ohio and Western PA. Pickup is also available from our Boardman or New Castle locations—please select that option at checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

Standard lead time is 7-10 business days. During peak seasons (like holidays), processing may take longer. If you have a time-sensitive order, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can you hold my order due to heat?

Absolutely. To protect product quality, we may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat. You can choose to wait until temperatures drop below 75°F or request a refund.

Product Questions

Do you offer allergen or ingredient info?

Yes—each product listing includes allergen details. Please note that all Gorant products are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten.

Do your products have a shelf life?

Most of our confections are best enjoyed within 12 months of production. For longer shelf life or storage tips, contact us. All products will come marked with a best by date.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, email us at orders@gorant.com with photos within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order, reach out and we'll work to resolve it.
